Return and Refund Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once the transaction is completed and confirmation e-mail from Macbertan.lk is received by the customer. Should order processing have commenced, Macbertan reserves the right to either decline the cancellation request in full or permit cancellation subject to the issuance of a partial refund only.
You can lodge a complaint and contact us through Email: sales@macbertan.lk or Phone: +94 11 7685720 in case of defect, damage, or any other matter relating to a product within two (2) days of delivery if found defective.
Upon receipt of the complaint, Macbertan will arrange for the collection and inspection of the product. If the quality scan determines that the defect was caused by tampering or misuse, no compensation will be provided.
Note: Customized goods cannot be returned and this Policy for Return and Refund shall not apply for such products.
The management of Macbertan reserves the exclusive right to decide on either refunding or accepting the returned products after reviewing the customer complaint lodged as aforementioned. However, if you wish to return a product for any reason other than a defect and/or damage, Macbertan reserves the right to decline acceptance of such returns.
