This Privacy Policy governs the way Macbertan (Private) Limited [referred as ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’ and Macbertan], collects, uses, maintains, and discloses personal information collected from users (each, a “User”) of our official website, www.macbertan.lk. (“Site”). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Macbertan. By a User submitting their personal information on our Site, they expressly agree to Macbertan collecting his or her personal data in the manner more fully set out below. However, this Privacy Policy does not apply to our employees (whether current, former, or prospective — including job applicants), or to individuals visiting our office premises. The rights and terms of processing applicable to the said individuals are governed by separate standalone policies, which include separate privacy policy.
