The factory which is situated in Ja-ela, with it’s state of the art machinery, processes and manufactures, closed cell expanded PE foam and it’s allied products, and air bubble sheets.

The factory is situated in a modern complex, built on an area of 30,000sq.ft, with a work force of over 200.

The factory recently went in to an expansion program to diversify it’s product portfolio and is now producing flexible Aluminum and Plastic Laminated tubes for cosmetics, toothpaste, pharmaceutical and food industry.

Over a period of 16 years Macbertan has launched a range of products which have gained immense popularuty in both industrial and domestic markets and its flagship product “McFOIL®” is regarded as a leading brand in the category of reflective heat insulation in Sri Lanka.
